When can I pick-up?
Orders that will be picked up from Attica stores will be delivered in 1-3 days to the store of your choice and orders that will be picked up from stores at Thessaloniki and Larissa will be delivered to the store in 2-4 days. You can pick up your order from Monday to Saturday, during the opening hours of each store.
If you wish to authorize a third party to receive your order, then the third authorized person must identify the details of the order by verifying the delivery information on the package.
How do I get informed?
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been submitted and you will also receive an email as soon as your delivery is about to arrive at the store you have chosen.
The order will remain in the store for 10 working days.
After that, your order will be automatically canceled and returned to our central warehouse. If you do not receive the product within ten (10) working days of receiving the pick-up notification, Parabita will come to an agreement with you in order to refund the amount of the order. If a user is found to be abusing this service provided by Parabita (eg repeatedly ordering items through the online store and not receiving them from stores, etc.), Parabita may reject and refuse the order of that user through the possibility of receive from a physical store. Since after receiving the products, the risk goes to the customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as by signing upon receipt he confirms that he has received the products of his order correctly.
Can I return a product or request a refund?
Returns at Parabita stores: After receiving your order at the store, in order to return the product or products that you received via a store, the amount of your new order should be greater than or equal to the previous one. In-store refund is not available.
After receiving your order at PARABITA WAREHOUSE, in order to return the product or products that you received via a store or ask for a refund, you should follow the instructions as described in the Returns Policy.
Returns/Refund via online shop: After receiving your order at the store, in order to return the product or products that you received via our online store or ask for a refund, you should follow the instructions as described in the Returns Policy.
In case the item to be returned is Outlet, the change can only be accepted in the online store or in the Outlet store. Respectively, the items of the current season cannot be changed in the Outlet store.

4 Steps to order online
1) Use the main menu in order to choose one of the available categories of clothes. Alternatively, you can see all our products by choosing “collections” from the menu and from there you choose the list “Shop by Brand”.
2) When you find the product that you want, you choose the color and size and you press the button “Add to Basket”. Afterwards you can either choose to continue your shopping or to check out.
In the first case, you continue adding products to your basket, the same way as it is described above.
3) In order to complete your purchases, you must check the products you have added in your cart, by clicking the icon that shows the basket, which is located at the upper right corner of your screen.
You can edit your shopping cart before checking out, by changing the amounts or by removing products.
4)During checking out you will be asked to complete the shipping address, the shipping method and the way of payment.

When a certain size seems inactive, unfortunately that means that this particular size is not available. If you are specifically interested in that particular product, please contact us, in order for us to inform you, when the product will be available in the requested size again, or to check its availability in our shops.
You can check the availability of each product at the description of the product. If you are interested for a certain product that appears to be unavailable, kindly contact us.
Parabita.com is committed to offer a big variety of clothes and accessories to our customers. So we make sure that our designs are renewed frequently.
After having completed your order, an automatic email is sent to you at the email address you have given us when you signed up at the website, that email is your Order Confirmation. If you have received this email, it means that your order was completed successfully. In any other case, please contact us. (Before contacting us, kindly check your junk mail as well).

After having deposited the money, please send the deposit bank receipt to us either by emailing to sales@parabita.com or by Fax at +30 210 7232052, in order to notify us that the money deposit is completed. The products are sent to you as soon as we confirm that the money deposit took place.
ATTENTION!: Please note that if you deposit money at one of the bank accounts, it takes about 2-3 working days until the amount of money you deposited is approved.
Absolutely! Your card is charged by using the safe environment of Eurobank EGF, that employs the safety online protocol SSL and offers 100% transaction security.
By completing the order form, you choose “credit card” as a method of payment and you fill in the required information. For your safety, the crucial elements of the card (card number, CSC number, expiration date) are not kept in our system.
In case of a refund, the amount is immediately returned to your credit card.

For orders from Abroad & from Cyprus:
Please seek your parcel at the website www.ups.com by using the shipping number of your order, which can be found at your order history at Parabita.com or at your order confirmation email.
For orders within Greece the delivery is undertaken by the delivery company “Geniki Taxydromiki”, during working days from 09.00 a.m.- 05.00 p.m.
The orders placed till 12.00 a.m. are sent on the same working day.
The orders placed till 12.00 p.m. are sent the next working day. The orders within Attika are sent via Geniki Taxydromiki or Courier Center and are delivered within 1-2 working days.
The orders from the rest of Greece are also sent via Geniki Taxydromiki or Courier Center and are delivered within 2-3 working days.
For orders from Cyprus the delivery is within 3-5 working days. For other countries, delivery times may vary from 3-8 working days. Orders from America, Russia, or China are not processed.
ATTENTION!
In the case that you may submit more than one order on the same day or before their invoicing takes place and, if the delivery/billing address and the payment method are the same, these orders will be consolidated into one. If you do not wish the consolidation of the orders, note it in a comment on your order before submission.
The estimations regarding the time of delivery can change in case of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes e.t.c.).

You can ask to exchange a product or request a refund for any reason within 25 days from the day of the product delivery. The proof of the date of delivery is the courier’s stamp.

Please note that refund will be made with the same way as the payment was made. If you have used 'cash on delivery' as a payment method, kindly fill in the IBAN number of the bank account, where you wish the money deposit to be made, and the name of the owner of the bank account.
You have no obligation, still it would help us a lot if you also fill in the reasons for returning the product.
Any product that was bought through Parabita.com can be exhanged at the PARABITA stores, but only if there is availability of the returned product to this specific PARABITA store. The previous does not apply to promotional products.

In case you wish a refund, the amount of money you have paid will be returned to you the same way that you have used to pay for the goods, within 14 days from the day we will receive your parcel back and after Parabita.com has checked that the products justify a refund.

Parabita gives you the possibility to gain from the privileged price of €3 (£2.5) in order to return your parcel, exclusively if you use Geniki Taxydromiki.
