Queen of Hearts Loyalty Program - Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the "Queen of Hearts" rewards program (hereinafter the "Program") created by "PARABITA" based in Kesariani, 14-16 Vasileos Alexandrou Avenue & Misountos, hereinafter referred to as the "Company".

The Program is addressed to customers of Parabita's physical or online stores with the aim of rewarding the members of the Program who choose its network of physical or online stores for their purchases of clothing and accessories by providing special discounts and privileges and on the other hand the recording and analysis of the purchases made by the members, the research of the buying trend for the company's products, the management of its products and services, the management of its clientele and the promotion of its products and services.

1. MEMBER REGISTRATION

a.    Right to register
Parabita's Queen of Hearts Reward Program can be registered as a member by any natural person resident in Greece or Cyprus over the age of 18, able to participate in all the giveaways and offers included in the program (and, of course, to receive the relevant gifts).

The employees of the Company are not entitled to acquire or maintain the privileges of the Program throughout the validity of their cooperation with it.

b.    Registration Process
The registration to the Program and the activation of the member is carried out either through the physical stores with a corresponding form, or electronically, through the special form that can be found in the online store.

From 01/06/2021, registration can also be carried out electronically through special points in stores (tablets) or a printed form.

Membership registration is not possible in the Politikos e-shop and the shop-in-shop of the Politikos Shopping Center and at the corner shop in Notos Pireaus.

c.     Registering via the E-Shop
During the registration process in the Parabita online store, the member activates his e-shop account using his electronic address (e-mail). Through his account, the member can modify his information as well as the Company's communication options with him.

Then he may proceed to the program registration via his account. The membership is activated exclusively by using his mobile phone number and confirming it by receiving the special confirmation code via SMS.

Only mobile numbers by a mobile operator legally established in Greece or Cyprus are accepted. The applicant will responsibly declare that the information entered by him is accurate and true in its entirety. Parabita is under no obligation to verify identity and authorization when submitting a registration request.

Member registration is not possible in the Shop-in-shop of the Politikos e-shop and at the corner shop in Notos Pireaus.

d.    Registering in the Stores
When registering through a printed form or through the special points (hereinafter "tablets"), the account is activated exclusively by using the mobile phone number and confirming it by receiving the special confirmation code via SMS.

Only mobile numbers by a mobile operator legally established in Greece or Cyprus are accepted. The applicant will responsibly declare that the information entered by him is accurate and true in its entirety. Parabita is under no obligation to verify identity and authorization when submitting a registration request.

Membership registration is not possible in the Politikos e-shop and the shop-in-shop of the Politikos Shopping Center and at the corner shop in Notos Pireaus.

Temporary Member:
The members have the possibility to remain a temporary member in the program, receiving the membership number with the certification of their mobile phone.

A temporary member can collect the reward points (hearts) of the program with every purchase in the Parabita store network (both online or offline), but cannot redeem any privileges until the completion of his registration as a member.

To complete the registration, it is necessary to fill in all the requested information in the relative application form.

MEMBER NUMBER - ACCOUNT
a.    Member Obligations
The membership number is strictly personal and, therefore, it is prohibited to transfer or share it in any way, while the reward points collected by the member or any privileges that arise may not be transferred to a third party.

Former members who have a physical membership card can continue to use it. The physical membership card is not a credit or debit card. The holder with its appearance cannot make monetary transactions, except to enjoy privileges, as will be set and communicated by the Parabita company.

Membership privileges can only be redeemed by natural persons.

Under no circumstances can the physical card or membership number, the number of heart points and the benefits derived therefrom be redeemed for money.

Through his account, the member can modify his information as well as the Company's communication options with him.

b.    Modification of Personal Details
The member must inform Parabita of any change in the information he/she has declared when registering for the Program in the following ways:

  1. Himself, through his electronic account in the Parabita e-shop

  2. Via email to customercare@parabita.com

  3. Electronically through the contact form found in the Parabita online store

  4. With his physical presence in a Parabita store. The Shop-in-shop of Politikos Shopping Center and the corner shop in Notos Pireaus are excluded.

Until notification of such modification, any document, electronic or otherwise, is validly served on the old electronic address, physical address or old mobile number.

c.     Electronic account
In order to create an account in the Parabita e-shop, registration is required using the member's e-mail address to access his account and then proceed to the registration form using his mobile phone number. Please refer to 1c above.

Through this account, the member can monitor the hearts collected with each purchase and modify his personal information and the ways in which he is informed by the Company.

2. Reward System - Redemption
a.    Reward System
For every euro spent on purchases, the member will collect 3 hearts (1 euro = 3 hearts). The products purchased that pertain at the collection of hearts may be subject to the Company’s discretion.

By collecting 1,000 hearts, the member is entitled to a €15 gift certificate, alternatively, may continue collecting hearts to the next level.

Upon collecting 3,000 hearts, a 40% discount gift certificate is automatically issued.

The above scheme was implemented from 01/02/2018, with the aim of continuously and frequently rewarding members.

Parabita reserves the right to unilaterally modify the reward schema and to alter or replace the rewards.

The reward schema does not apply to purchases made in the Politikos e-shop and the shop-in-shop of the Politikos Shopping Center and at the corner shop in Notos Pireaus.

b.    Gift Voucher Return & Redemption
The member who reaches the level of hearts, capable of obtaining privileges, is informed by the staff of the store in the current transaction or upon completion of his order from the online store.

In physical stores, the Gift Voucher is given in paper form and the member must keep it in good condition as it must be the presentation of the coupon in physical stores for redemption.

Purchases made in the Politikos Shopping Center shop-in-shop and the corner shop in Notos Pireaus do not participate in the Rewards system and for this reason Gift Vouchers are not awarded.

In the online store, the Gift Voucher is assigned as a discount code written at the bottom of the Purchase Receipt. The member must keep the receipt with the Gift Voucher code as it is necessary to use this code for redemption.

Gift vouchers are issued in a current transaction that gives rise to the privilege for redemption in a subsequent purchase in the online store or in the Parabita network of physical stores (excluding the Shop-in-Shop within the Politikos Shopping Center or the Politikos online store and at the corner shop in Notos Pireaus).

Issuance of a Gift Certificate implies the deduction of corresponding heart points from the member's account. Gift Certificates are redeemed in a transaction of equal or greater value. Each gift certificate is valid for a single transaction and only one gift certificate can be redeemed per transaction.

Redemption of Gift Vouchers is not possible for purchases in the Shop-in-shop of the Politikos e-shop or at the Politikos Shopping Center and at the corner shop in Notos Pireaus.

Period of Use of Gift Certificates: The period of use of each Gift Certificate is 4 months from the date of issue. After this period, it is not possible to renew or extend the expired Gift Voucher.

Final Redemption: Once the Gift Vouchers are redeemed, the redemption and return of the hearts cannot be cancelled. In the case of not redeeming a Gift Certificate within the specified period of use (4 months), the privilege of using it is lost and the respective hearts are not returned.

Points Validity Period: Collected Hearts expire two years after the member's last transaction.

c.     Special cases
Non-Receipt of items: In this case, the hearts are returned and any gift certificate issued is cancelled.

d.    Return items
i) In the case of a full return of items from an online order (which implies a refund), the hearts are returned and any gift certificate issued is cancelled. In the event of a change with an equal or greater purchase amount, no change is made to the hearts of the original transaction and any issued gift certificate remains valid from the date of issue.

ii) In the case of a partial return of items from an online order, the corresponding hearts are returned.

e.    Products
All items available for purchase may collect hearts.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for products that are on sale or offer, for products that have undergone a price reduction or, for Outlet products.

Parabita may choose at its discretion and include in the Program specific products that participate in crediting points or redeeming privileges.

These products will be notified each time to the members either within the physical stores of the Company's network or with relevant markings in the online store.

3. USE OF MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
The member is entitled to use his unique membership number in the Parabita store network and in the online store www.parabita.com of the Parabita group, always within the limits defined each time by the company and notified to the owner.

The membership number entitles its holder to privileges for as long as the Queen Of Hearts Privilege Program is in effect. Parabita reserves the right to change this period at its discretion.

a.    Physical Stores
Members are entitled to use their membership number in all Parabita stores to collect and redeem points.

When making purchases from the aforementioned stores, members who wish to have their account credited with points must provide the cashier with the mobile phone number they provided when registering for the Program or the unique member number (Member ID) that was given to them upon completion of their registration.

Requests for crediting redemption points to a member account for transactions in which the member of the Program was not recognized will be examined and satisfied at the absolute discretion of Parabita. Points will only be credited to a member account when the member makes the purchases. The Shop-in-shop at the Politikos Shopping Center and the corner shop in Notos Pireaus do not participate in the scheme and are excluded from the rewards system.

b.    Online Store
In order to collect or redeem points in the Program, members must log in to their online account and then proceed with the online purchase process.

To redeem Gift Vouchers, members must enter the Gift Voucher code in the relative field (Gift or coupon code) at checkout.

The Politikos online store does not participate in the scheme and is excluded from the rewards system.

c.     Crediting of points
The hearts that the member is entitled to after each transaction in a store participating in the program or online at www.parabita.com will be credited in a short period of time.

d.    Product Return
In the event that the return of an item for the purchase of which a corresponding number of hearts was credited to the member's account is combined with a refund, the corresponding hearts are removed from the total number of redeemable hearts.

4. Other Terms
In the event of any conflict between the terms of use of this document and any other information provided in relation to the Program, the terms set forth herein shall prevail.

a.    Voluntary Provision
Parabita has the discretion and the right to activate or deactivate the card or the memberhip number and/or to discontinue the privilege program at any time without notice or justification, as this program is a voluntary provision of the company.

b.    Modification/Cancellation
Parabita has the right to unilaterally modify any term of this agreement, including the method of calculating heart collection and the amount of purchase rewards. Any such modification will be notified to the holder by any appropriate means to the contact details that he has declared in this application or by posting any modification within the stores of the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Queen of Hearts privilege program. In any case, there will be a written notification to the participant in the privilege program.

If for any reason the Company modifies part or all of the terms of the program or terminates the privilege program, the participant has no claim against the Company, since he already acknowledges with this document that it is a privilege program provided by the generosity of the Company.

Parabita reserves the right to terminate the validity of the Queen of Hearts member at any time in case of misuse or attempted fraud by the member. In this case, all hearts that have been awarded will be deleted immediately and all privileges will be removed.

c.     Liability
Parabita is not liable for any losses or damages to the member from the use of the Program or for the unauthorized use of his account.

5. General
Parabita reserves the right to regularly update the member by mail, email, telephone, mobile phone message (sms) or any other appropriate means. This information will be provided for both the products and promotional activities of Parabita and of its cooperating companies and third parties and may include information about their products and/or offers as well as competitions and other promotional activities. If the member no longer wishes to receive promotional and informational material, he may declare it at any time either by following a relevant link that he will find in each newsletter or any other appropriate way indicated therein, either through his electronic account, or by submitting a relevant request to the address Vas. Alexandrou 14-16 & Misountos, Kaisariani or in any physical Parabita store or at customercare@parabita.com.

The Member declares that he has received knowledge, fully understood and unreservedly accepts the Terms of Participation in the "Queen of Hearts" Rewards & Privileges Program. At the same time, the Member declares that he has been informed about the processing of his personal data by Parabita in the context of this agreement.
