What are the steps to follow to exchange an item?

The procedure for changing a product is easy and quick:

For orders within Greece:

STEP 1: Please call us at +30 215 215 7777 or email us at returns@parabita.com  and state your request. You can always place the new order online, just remember to note as a comment "exchange".
STEP 2: Inside the package of the initial order you will have received the sticker and the detailed returns form. (If you wish a refund, please ignore the next step).
STEP 3: In case you wish to change a product, we will ask you the codes, the color and the size of the new products you wish to receive.
STEP 4: Prepare your parcel for return:

  • Complete the reason for returning in case you wish to change the product.
  • Put the completed return form into your parcel.
  • Close the parcel carefully and make sure its content is well protected. You can either use the same packet or a new packet.
  • Stick outside your parcel the sticker with the company’s address and the return code.

STEP 5: Telephone your local offices of Geniki Taxydromiki and arrange the pickup of the parcel to be returned (you can find the office nearest to you here).

ATTENTION!:

  • In order for a change to be accepted it must have a valid return code of the product.
  • Parabita.com doesn’t guarantee the safety and the security of products that are returned by other couriers, besides Geniki Taxydromiki and there is the probability that the firm will undertake the responsibility for only specific products.
  • Parabita.com maintains the right to reject returns of products that have not been returned according to the terms of the Return Policy.
