I have made a mistake while I was placing the order. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

How can I make a payment? Is it safe to use my credit card?

Before completing your purchase, you can choose one of the three methods of payment that suits you most. 1.Cash on delivery 2.Credit card payment 3. Payment via Paypal. If you are the owner of a VISA or MasterCard credit card, you can use it safely as the most advanced security specifications safeguard your transaction. The procedure of payment of the goods with credit cards is certified by Braintree Payments. Can I ask for an invoice instead of the retail receipt? enables Companies and Freelancers to choose between a retail price receipt and an invoice as evidence of their order, providing additional details as VAT and Tax Office Code.

I live abroad, how much will delivery cost me?

For Deliveries to Cyprus there is a flat fee charge of 12€. For Deliveries to European Countries and Balkan States the fee charge is 20€. For Deliveries elsewhere, please contact us on for further information as to the charges. Please mind that customers are responsible for any Custom Duties.

How long does it take for a delivery to be dispatched?

All orders will be delivered at the place of your choice through the delivery service provider that we co-operate. The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2 days for Greek mainlands and 3-5 days for Greek islands. Balkan States, Cyprus and all European Countries are serviced within 7 working days.

I want the shipping address to be different than the billing address. Is that possible?

All orders will be delivered at the address you have indicated, as your main postal address, during your subscription at If you wish delivery of the goods in an address other than the billing address, please fill in the information regarding your Shipping Address. In the empty box you can add further comments about your delivery.

Can I track my order on line?

After completion and approval of your order you will receive an email notification by the Parabita Team regarding the delivery of your order, providing you with a unique Delivery Code. This Delivery Code can be used to track your order online by using Track Delivery service of Geniki Taxydromiki for National deliveries (only applies to deliveries within Greece) and Track Delivery service of TNT for International deliveries.


Is it possible for an authorized person to receive the order instead of me?

Your order can be received by another person, if you cannot attend delivery provided that he/she signs the relevant delivery note.

I have been notified from the courier company that my parcel has been returned to the Parabita Headquarters: What can I do?

There are two (2) reasons your parcel has been returned to Parabita Headquarters:

a) The receiver was absent. After several attempts of delivery, the Courier Company could not reach the receiver because the latter was absent and during delivery times.

b) The receiver is unknown. The courier company could not deliver to the receiver because part of his/her personal details (First Name, Last Name, Address, Post Code etc.) were incorrect.

Please note that when any other the above take place, the parcel will be returned to the Parabita Headquarters and cannot be resent. In this case you will be charged €3,00 for Return & Transport Expenses that be deducted from the value of your good’s when refunded. In case you wish to receive the items you need to proceed to a new order.

I am not completely happy with my order. Can I ask for a refund and if so, how can I return an item to

In an attempt to encourage our customers to use online shopping we offer a warranty replacement and a full refund, provided that the goods must be returned within a period of 25 days from the date you received them. In addition, the product must be unworn and all the manufacturers’ tags and labels must be intact. It is essential to be placed in its original packaging, being in perfect condition without any damage, alterations, modifications or stains. Finally, the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documentation of purchase. Returns will be made οnce you have communicated with according to the following procedure:

STEP 1: Contact us on Tel:+30 215 215 7777 or via so as your request to be approved. Please keep at hand your Order Number and explain the reason you would like to return your order.

STEP 2: Once approval is granted, you will be given a Unique Return Number necessary for the process of returning the product.

STEP 3: Contact the courier company responsible for Deliveries and Returns to arrange the collection of the parcel.

STEP 4: Fill in the form found with retail receipt or invoice including the Unique Return Number and return it along with the parcel, explaining how would you like to proceed with your order.

I would like to return my order, how will I be refunded?

In case you wish to be refunded in full due to a return, the amount of money you paid for it will follow the method of payment you selected during the transaction process or the method agreed between you and the Company, within a period of 25 days from the date that received the returned product and checked that it complies with all the terms for returning a product. If you chose to pay with Cash on Delivery, we will refund you by placing the money directly to your Bank account. Please fill out the Returned Goods form with your Bank Account Details. Attention!: Please notice that in case of product return, money will be deducted from your refund due to delivery costs (3€ (£2.5) from returns from Greece, 12€ (£11) from Cyprus and 20€ (£18) from European Countries & Balkan States).

What options do I have if my items are damaged or faulty? Will my shipment be refunded?

If a product is clearly defective due to manufacturer’s fault, it will be immediately replaced with a new one or you will get a full refund for the price you paid for it, with being charged with delivery expenses in full. If you wish to exchange a faulty product will be happy to replace it at no extra delivery cost with another product bearing equivalent specifications with the one you ordered initially, subject to availability.

Ι want to exchange a sale item, can I?

At Parabita, sale items can be exchanged only at the current sale price of the returned item.
