Can I change a product at a Parabita store?

Any product  that was bought through Parabita.com can be exhanged at the PARABITA stores, but only if there is availability of the returned product to this specific PARABITA store. The previous does not apply to promotional products.

  • Changes can be done only if you can provide the receipt from Parabita.com and the Return Form with the Unique Return Code you received at your initial order.
  • Items bought online in a special price can only be exchanged via Parabita.com
  • In order for any exchange to take place at a store, your physical presence is necessary. The returns of products to stores delivered by courier will NOT be accepted.
  • The Return Code is absolutely necessary in order for the transaction to take place at one of the stores.
  • Each store isn’t obliged to change the returned product, if there is not availability of the product’s code at its storeroom.
  • Refunds can NOT take place at the PARABITA stores, but only through the e-shop.
