For orders within Greece or Cyprus:
You can check the progress of your order through the website of Geniki Taxydromiki, taxydromiki.gr by using your shipping number.
This number is sent automatically to your email after completing your purchase.
You can also find your shipping number in the history of your purchases after you have logged into your account.
For orders from Abroad:
Please visit www.ups.com and search for your parcel by using your shipping number.
This number is sent automatically to your email after completing your purchase.

For order deliveries within Greece by Geniki Taxydromiki or Courier Center, the shipping is free of charge for orders of €80 or more. For orders less than €80, the shipping charge is €3.
For orders delivered to a BoxNow locker, the shipping charge is €2.50 regardless of the order amount.
The Cash on Delivery service is charged €1.5 extra per order starting July 16th, 2024.
For orders delivered to Cyprus the shipping is free of charge, for orders of €100 and more.
For orders less than €100, the shipping charge is €8 with the courier service of Geniki Tachydromiki.
The service of Cash on Delivery is not available for orders shipped to Cyprus. The orders may be paid by Credit Card, Paypal, or Bank Deposit. Please see more here.
For orders delivered to EU Countries (except Spain), the shipping charge is €8 (delivery with UPS).

In the case of one or more orders under the same name, address, and payment method within the same day or before they are fully processed (or invoiced), are unified. If you wish separate delivery of such orders, please state it as a comment in your order.
Please note that for orders outside E.U., the customer may be charged with further taxes or customs charges that might apply.
Orders from Spain, America, Russia, or China cannot be placed.
All our orders are delivered to the default shipping address you have stated at your registration.
If you wish your order to be shipped to a different address from the one you have entered in your personal information, you can state a new shipping address BEFORE completing your order.
In any case, it is better if you state your telephone number together with your personal information so that the courier may contact you in case a difficulty occurs.
Parabita.com cannot ensure the exact delivery time of your order. The best way is to state your mobile phone number, so, if the courier doesn’t find you, to be able to get in touch with you for the most suitable delivery time.
For orders by Geniki Taxydromiki to island destinations, remote areas or towns that are not the capital of a prefecture and depending on the zip code, collection can be done exclusively from the local store. In these cases, when filling in the postal code in the order checkout, the shipping method will automatically be "Geniki Taxydromiki - Pickup at local store" and the customer will only be able to receive his package from the local store of Geniki Taxydromiki.

Multiple drop zones
Multiple drop zones all over Greece. Find the one that suits you best. In order to receive your package, you must identify your details by verifying the delivery information on the package.
Exceptions: In store pick-up is not available at the corner shops inside Politikos Lamia and Notos Pireaus.

The pick-up service is FREE OF CHARGE.
How can I pay?
You have the option to pay for your order by

Pay upon delivery service is not an option for this service.
When can I pick-up?
Orders that will be picked up from Attica stores will be delivered in 1-3 days to the store of your choice and orders that will be picked up from stores at Thessaloniki and Larissa will be delivered to the store in 2-4 days. You can pick up your order from Monday to Saturday, during the opening hours of each store.
If you wish to authorize a third party to receive your order, then the third authorized person must identify the details of the order by verifying the delivery information on the package.
How do I get informed?
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been submitted and you will also receive an email as soon as your delivery is about to arrive at the store you have chosen.
The order will remain in the store for 10 working days.
After that, your order will be automatically canceled and returned to our central warehouse. If you do not receive the product within ten (10) working days of receiving the pick-up notification, Parabita will come to an agreement with you in order to refund the amount of the order. If a user is found to be abusing this service provided by Parabita (eg repeatedly ordering items through the online store and not receiving them from stores, etc.), Parabita may reject and refuse the order of that user through the possibility of receive from a physical store. Since after receiving the products, the risk goes to the customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as by signing upon receipt he confirms that he has received the products of his order correctly.
Can I return a product or request a refund?
Returns at Parabita stores: After receiving your order at the store, in order to return the product or products that you received via a store, the amount of your new order should be greater than or equal to the previous one. In-store refund is not available.
After receiving your order at PARABITA WAREHOUSE, in order to return the product or products that you received via a store or ask for a refund, you should follow the instructions as described in the Returns Policy.
Returns/Refund via online shop: After receiving your order at the store, in order to return the product or products that you received via our online store or ask for a refund, you should follow the instructions as described in the Returns Policy.
In case the item to be returned is Outlet, the change can only be accepted in the online store or in the Outlet store. Respectively, the items of the current season cannot be changed in the Outlet store.

In case the delivery of your item has been delayed, kindly proceed according to the following instructions:
For orders from Abroad & from Cyprus:
Please seek your parcel at the website www.ups.com by using the shipping number of your order, which can be found in your order history at Parabita.com or in your order confirmation email.
For orders within Greece the delivery is undertaken by the delivery company “Geniki Taxydromiki”, during working days from 09.00 a.m.- 05.00 p.m.
The orders placed till 12.00 a.m. are sent on the same working day.
The orders placed till 12.00 p.m. are sent the next working day. The orders within Attika are sent via Geniki Taxydromiki or Courier Center and are delivered within 1-2 working days.
The orders from the rest of Greece are also sent via Geniki Taxydromiki or Courier Center and are delivered within 2-3 working days.
For orders from Cyprus the delivery is within 3-5 working days. For other countries, delivery times may vary from 3-8 working days. Orders from America, Russia, or China are not processed.
ATTENTION!
In the case that you may submit more than one order on the same day or before their invoicing takes place and, if the delivery/billing address and the payment method are the same, these orders will be consolidated into one. If you do not wish the consolidation of the orders, note it in a comment on your order before submission.
The estimations regarding the time of delivery can change in case of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes e.t.c.).
*Moreover during festive seasons or during discount seasons, the shipping of parcels might delay due to heavy workload.
The shipping within Greece is undertaken by Geniki Taxydromiki or Courier Center. For more information about the branch nearest to you, or for one of your parcels, kindly visit their website taxydromiki.gr.
The shipping within Cyprus (without payment upon delivery) is undertaken by Geniki Taxydromiki.
The shipping to other countries is undertaken by UPS. For more information please visit their website www.ups.com.
