Additionally, you may receive your parcel from our central Warehouse : 391 Herakliou Avenue, Heraklion Attica - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 16:00

How much does Parabita charge for the pick-up service?
The pick-up service is FREE OF CHARGE.
How can I pay?
You have the option to pay for your order by
- Credit Card
- Paypal
- Bank Deposit
Pay on delivery service is not an option for this service.
When can I pick-up?
Orders that will be picked up from Attica stores will be delivered in 1-3 days to the store of your choice and orders that will be picked up from stores at Thessaloniki and Larissa will be delivered to the store in 2-4 days. You can pick up your order from Monday to Saturday, during the opening hours of each store.
If you wish to authorize a third party to receive your order, then the third authorized person must identify the details of the order by verifying the delivery information on the package.
How do I get informed?
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been submitted and you will also receive an email as soon as your delivery is about to arrive at the store you have chosen.
The order will remain in the store for 10 working days.
After that, your order will be automatically canceled and returned to our central warehouse. If you do not receive the product within ten (10) working days of receiving the pick-up notification, Parabita will come to an agreement with you in order to refund the amount of the order. If a user is found to be abusing this service provided by Parabita (eg repeatedly ordering items through the online store and not receiving them from stores, etc.), Parabita may reject and refuse the order of that user through the possibility of receive from a physical store. Since after receiving the products, the risk goes to the customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as by signing upon receipt he confirms that he has received the products of his order correctly.
Can I return a product or request a refund?
Returns at Parabita stores: After receiving your order at the store, in order to return the product or products that you received via a store, the amount of your new order should be greater than or equal to the previous one. In-store refund is not available.
After receiving your order at PARABITA WAREHOUSE, in order to return the product or products that you received via a store or ask for a refund, you should follow the instructions as described in the Returns Policy.
Returns/Refund via online shop: After receiving your order at the store, in order to return the product or products that you received via our online store or ask for a refund, you should follow the instructions as described in the Returns Policy.
In case the item to be returned is Outlet, the change can only be accepted in the online store or in the Outlet store. Respectively, the items of the current season cannot be changed in the Outlet store.
